•2 tsp floor cumin
•2 tsp floor coriander

•500ml vegetable inventory
•wholemeal cous cous
•Preheat oven to 170C
•Pile all your vegetables, except beans, right into a large oven-proof pot with a lid, or a slow cooker. Toss in the parsley.
